Commissions - OPEN

I'm reopening these before college starts again ^^

[PLEASE READ THE RULES]

Hey hey, finally opening commissions!
I really need the help with financially supporting my family until my brother gets a better pay check, and on top of that, a group of my friends and I are trying to start our own studio and business, but for the first few of months we need to get on stable feet, and for now this is the only way I could pay rent, bills and supplies.
So please, please, please, if you can't purchase a commission, at least help spread the word around, I could really use the help.

So to start off, for now I'm only open to Naruto related commissions!
Seeing that I have most inspiration for drawing Naruto-related things, I'll be sticking to those for a bit.
To set some more rules :
 If you want to commission me, send a note or reply to this journal with the required information (character(s) reference and what type of art you want)
 I'll be accepting ONLY paypal for now - it's on the price list image, but I'll be sending you my paypal e-mail when payment is due.
 I won't be doing NSFW yet, I'm not too good at it.
 Lineless pieces are the same prices as flat colored and fully colored and shaded pieces, depending if you want them to have shading or not.
 If you require the artwork to be done to a certain time, for example for a birthday, tell me beforehand. 
 Please understand that delays are always a possibility (hopefully not, but I can't make life and it's problems stop) 
 You CAN re-upload the artwork I do for you however PLEASE do credit me for the art. 
 I will not draw chibies, ponies, furries or even mechas - I have nothing against them, I've drawn all of them in the past but I just won't be doing them now no matter how related to Naruto they are.
 Do not send the payment until I tell you to - I don't like taking the payment before-hand as it lowers the urgency for me to work on the drawing - I'll tell you when I'm close to finishing so you can know when to send. 
 Other means of payment are acceptable if they're something like a Core membership or even some merchandise (exp. from Overwatch), I'd even be willing to accept art (you can ask) but chances for that are low at this moment.
 I have the right to refuse a commission if I wish to, if I do, please understand. This will likely happen if you ask for a non-Naruto related commission, something NSFW (or any of the mentioned above), or if you're generally being rude. 
 Most importantly - I will refuse if you request something non-Naruto related, please understand this is a Naruto based account and I'm currently open to such commissions only.
